After you register (for free!) with your email address, you can easily create a profile with your information. Employers can see your profile and get to know you.

Search for jobs

On the jobs page you can search all current job offers. You can also set up “job alerts” and receive notifications to your email when new jobs are available on our website.

Apply with one click

Find a job you are interested in and click “apply now.” Your created profile will be sent directly to the company.

Be contacted by the company

When you create a profile, you could be contacted at any time by companies who are interested and want to get to know you.

What is recruitrefugees.no?
We are a job platform for refugees, asylum seekers, and newcomers who come into Norway. The site can be used to look for a job and is an opportunity to introduce themselves with a profile. At the same time, companies can use the site to post job offers and feature their company. The site has permanent jobs, as well as internships and apprenticeships opportunities.
In addition to job offers, there is also information to help refugees create their profile and stand-out. Alongside recruitrefugees.no is our sister site: rrtc.no. Here refugees can access resources and tools to help navigate the Norwegian culture and job landscape.
How do I find a job/ internship/ apprenticeship/minijob?
You can find a job type by clicking on “Jobs” in the menu bar on the top. There you can see all job offers available. If you click on “Type”, you can choose which jobs you want to see. For example, you can choose to see only jobs that are being offered as permanent full-time positions.
